Eighteen-year-old Andreas Christensen is handed his second Chelsea appearance. The young Dane is expected to play at right-back with Cesar Azpilicueta on the left.
There is another start for Kurt Zouma alongside Gary Cahill in central defence.

For Bradford, there is one change from their defeat at Yeovil last time out. It is in goal with Ben Williams coming in for Jordan Pickford.
