The loan will be official on January 5, the day the winter transfer market opens in Italy."<br /><br />Atletico Madrid winger Alessio Cerci will reportedly move to Milan on loan as part of the Torres deal.<br /><br />Reacting to the news of his return, Torres told the media at the International Sports Conference in Dubai: "I’m happy because I’ve said many many times that I can’t hide where I come from. It’s an honor to be a part of Atletico Madrid. I made my dream come true when I played my first game for them at 17.<br /><br />"This has been a fantastic club over the last few years, winning many trophies. I did my career outside Spain but there is a time when everyone must go back home. I was in the stands when I was a kid. I feel it is a privilege to have the chance to go back. <br />Crystal Palace has<br /><a name="more"></a> sacked manager Neil Warnock following a run of results that has seen the Eagles plunge into the bottom three.<br /><br />The 66-year-old managed just three Premier League victories in the 18 he oversaw since rejoining the club for a second spell back in August, succeeding Tony Pulis.<br /><br />A six-game winless run culminating in the 3-1 Boxing Day defeat to Southampton has prompted the south Londoners to take action and make Warnock the first Premier League boss to be fired this season.<br /><br />With Warnock dismissed on Dec. 27, he leaves the club having accrued just 15 points this season, with Palace only five points ahead of rock-bottom Leicester City.<br /><br />Keith Millen will be in charge for the Eagles' trip to Queen's Park Rangers on Sunday, having also spent four matches at the helm last season following Ian Holloway's resignation.<br /><br />Palace finished 2013-14 in 11th place, 12 points clear of the relegation zone.<br /><br /><br />
